Toothed pulleys they are an element of the belt transmission, which is used to transfer the drive and change the rotational speed. The toothed pulleys are made of aluminum as standard. They transfer incomparably lower torque than roller chains, but they are used in applications where low weight is required.
Identification of toothed pulleys is based on the selection of the tooth profile, pitch, number of teeth and the width of the rim.
The toothed pulleys are also available for Taperlock, which is used for quick assembly without additional machining of the wheel.
