Bearings in UCFL housings
Cast-iron bearing housings with bearings are used in many designs.
Very simple construction, easy assembly and disassembly, as well as a small purchase price
they make bands very popular.
Owing to their sensitivity, the units are able to compensate misalignment errors, thus correcting shaft assembly inaccuracies. The design of the bearing provides its own lubricant supply, effective sealing, and increased radial clearance favorably compensates for shaft deflections and thermal deformations.
Thanks to their advantages, bearing units have been used in agricultural, construction, mining, textile, fan and food industry machines.
The bearings in the housings are applicable in MRP actuators in the SO version.
