Enclosed / motor mounted inverters are a very practical solution with many advantages.
ADVANTAGES:
- saving - no need for additional cabinets to protect the inverter and control systems - just connect the power supply and the inverter is ready for operation;
- noise reduction - connection of the inverter with the motor eliminates the risk of emission of interferences emitted by the cables;
- tightness - this solution reduces the risk of moisture getting into the system as well as overheating of the motor and inverter. The inverter casing is tight - it has a high degree of protection IP54, which gives us full safety during the operation of the device;
- cooling - the inverters have their own cooling (built-in fan), and, importantly, use air to cool the engine.
- vibration resistance - these inverters are resistant to all kinds of vibrations and vibrations. Their housing is made of die-cast aluminum, which is very durable and resistant to weather and thermal factors;
- control - you can change the settings and control the inverter directly at the motor, as well as remotely by using accessory devices such as: panel room unit, controller, switch or potentiometer
- built-in communication through the RS485 interface (Modbus-RTU protocol), analog inputs, error relay and voltage output 24V / 200mA;
- built-in brake module with brake resistor output;
- aesthetics - inverters are in the same color (RAL7024) as offered by motors with a brake and external cooling - creating a uniform, aesthetic drive unit.
