Chain wheels

Chain wheels are used for parallel drive transmission by means of a standard or special chain, e.g. with a driver.
By pairing them, mechanical energy can be transferred over long distances.
Gears using sprockets are non-slip, resistant to contamination and insensitive to high temperatures.

Chain wheels of the BEA system are intended for immediate installation. BEA chain wheels are made with a finished hole, with a chiseled keyway and a hub with two drilled holes for fastening screws (screw holes are located above the keyway and at an angle of 90 degrees). A wide range of offered wheels allows assembly without additional processing. The working material is high-class, high-strength carbon steel (C45).

Chain wheels without hubwith a leading hole are used as a drive transmission element in chain gears in the construction of various types of machines and devices as well as components produced for the needs of many industries. The working material is structural carbon steel characterized by high ductility and strength (C45). It is possible to fulfill orders for single-, double- or three-row wheels.
