Description
The reduction sleeves are used to reduce the diameter of the screw in the gearbox to match the smaller diameter (than the diameter of the hole in the gearbox) of the motor shaft diameter.
The reduction sleeve reduces the screw opening in the gearbox or, if viewed from the other side, increases the diameter of the motor shaft.
This makes it possible to adapt the motor to the transmission easily and cheaply, avoiding machining in cases where the diameter of the motor shaft and the diameter of the transmission hole are different.
The bushing is normally mounted on the motor shaft and locked with a wedge.
The reduction sleeves have standard dimensions correcting (reducing) the diameter of the gear hole by one mechanical size:
11mm / 9mm (from size 63-11mm to size 56-9mm)
14mm / 11mm (from size 71-14mm to size 63-11mm)
19mm / 14mm (from size 80-19mm to size 71-14mm)
24mm / 19mm (from size 90-24mm to size 80-19mm)
28mm / 24mm (from 100 / 112-28mm to 90-24mm)
38mm / 28mm (from 132-38mm to 100 / 112-28mm)
