S - single-stage bevel gears

GENERAL INFORMATION

The S series bevel gears are single stage gears.
The gears have the same drive and output shaft diameters. The available shaft diameters are 9, 14, 19, 24mm.
The available gear ratios are 1/1, 1/2, 1,3.
The power range is about 0,12-7,5kW.
There are 3 different output configurations with single and double sided output shafts, allowing for torque transfer:
- at right angles - version 1c and 2a or
- on two sides - version 3c.
Die-castings of the bodies ensure solidity, stiffness and lightness.
The gearing is made of heat-treated steel.
On request, it is possible to deliver stainless steel bevel gears and with higher transmitted powers.

Bevel gears have found application in MRP screw actuator applications.
Using a special adapter, they can be combined with various electric, hydraulic and pneumatic motors.
The bevel gears can also be used for manual drive.
