We are able to freely modify and adapt all our gears and actuators to the individual needs of our customers.

A worm gear is a type of gear transmission in which the axes:
- drive - worm shaft in the form of a modular screw
- delivery - worm wheel in the form of a gear wheel with a special geometry of the toothing,
are arranged at right angles to each other.
Therefore, worm geared motors are often called angular gears.
Geared motors are gears reducing the speed of rotation, with a mounting enabling the connection of an electric motor. Our gearmotors are standard equipped with a motor connection (motor flange and bore for the motor shaft) in accordance with the IEC standard.
Reducers are gears with a drive shaft stub at the input (without a motor connection), on which a gear, chain, belt or clutch can be put. The reducer can also be operated manually with a crank.
All MR series worm gears can be equipped with additional accessories such as:
- mounting (output) flange,
- reaction (torque) arm,
- single output shaft,
- double output shaft.
As a manufacturer, we make atypical versions of worm gears based on the customer's needs, including:
- gear motor with a worm wheel on tapered roller bearings,
- double-sided gear motor with a worm (drive) shaft, e.g. for serial connection of drives with parallel output axes,
- gear motor with a left-hand worm for symmetrical cooperation with the version with a right-hand worm,
- a clutch gear motor for connecting the reducer with the engine using a torsionally flexible coupling, ensuring a soft start and compensation for misalignment,
- a gear motor with a special output shaft journal,
- a gear motor with a special drive shaft journal,
- a gear motor with a special hole (shape, size) in the delivery sleeve,
- a gear motor with an output sleeve made of a material other than cast iron, e.g. bronze or steel,
- geared motor with trapezoidal thread in the output sleeve,
- gear motor with a special motor flange,
- gear motor with special mounting (output) flange.
We can make special versions of worm gears regardless of the ordered quantity.
Our worm gears are distinguished by a solid structure ensuring a longer service life of the drive.
In the standard version of the worm gear, the worm wheel rim is made of tin bronze, and the output sleeve is made of cast iron.
Below we present a comparison of wormwheels used in popular NMRV worm gears (left) and MR worm gears (right). The photos show wormwheels of both types of gears with the same size and ratio.
The gears MR (the right one in both photos) are characterized by:
- wider worm wheel rim,
- subtraction of the rim, which increases the contact surface of the worm with the worm wheel.
Due to this design, the wormwheel in the MR series gearmotors can carry higher loads. It also means that these worm gears can run longer and quieter.
