Explosion-proof motors

The Ex series motors are three-phase asynchronous explosion proof motors, reinforced construction, IP 56 protection.

They are adapted to work in explosive atmospheres with a gas atmosphere, other than methane mines, (group II devices, category 2) in the Z1 hazard zone.

These motors are included in the 2G device category, which means that it is necessary to eliminate the source of ignition or that the source of ignition must be isolated from the explosive atmosphere.

Zone Z1 - zone in which there is a probability of explosive atmospheres caused by gases, vapors and mists.

3-phase marine engines

Marine engines meet the requirements of the following companies: Polish Register of Shipping, Lloyds Register Shipping, Germanischer Lloyd and can be delivered with the approval of these societies.
3 multi-speed motors

Their main applications are drives with centrifugal load characteristics - such as fans. Multi-speed motors can be used in systems where sudden changes in rotational speed are permissible. Multi-speed motors can be both single-winding, where the speed ratio is 2: 1, or two-winding, where the speed ratio can be different than 2: 1.
Multi-speed electric motors for industial fans (W) are specially adapted to drive devices with fan characteristics. The power of these motors increases to the square of the increase in rotational speed, while the torque changes linearly with speed. These motors are used in devices with fan characteristics, such as axial fans and centrifugal pumps.

ShR series motors have a body made of aluminum profile. Thanks to the new technology, the noise level, high efficiency, lower mass compared to the Sh series, increased durability of the engine, improved stability of operating parameters were obtained by 1.
Engines of this series have different overall dimensions than standard motors.

3-reluctance motors

The speed of synchronous reluctance motors in the range from idle to maximum torque is a function of the frequency of the supply voltage, i.e. that at any changes of the engine load within the given limits, while maintaining a constant power frequency, we maintain a constant engine speed.
An example of applications for these motors can be concurrent and group drives such as conveyor belts, conveyors, shifting and displacement mechanisms, drive drives, etc. where the same rotational speed of many shared-powered motors is required. Another place of application may be fiber and belt production lines, drives for high-speed grinding machines and electro-spindles, servomotors where constant speed of drives is required with the lack of sensitivity of motors to load changes and voltage amplitude fluctuations.

3-phase motors with the possibility of rotating the paw of 90 degrees

The special design of the engine body allows screwing the engine mounting lug, making the 90 ° on its perimeter (which gives various possibilities of placing the terminal box in relation to the paw).
