Limit switches in a steel housing

Description

Limit switches are designed to work in steering and control systems, e.g. in machine tools, technological equipment in the food industry, in packaging machines, etc.
Precise body design provides a good seal (IP 65, 66, 67) and the drive heads are interchangeable and in most models can be mounted in one of four positions. As a result, it is possible to effectively override contacts operating independently (flickering) or depending.
The limit switches have CE, B safety mark certificates entitling them to be used in the control and signaling systems of cranes and gantries, the product type approval certificate authorizing them to be used on PRS class ships or devices receiving PRS documents.

Limit switches PM1
PAM1 limit switches are intended for use in control, monitoring and measuring systems, eg in machine tools, technological equipment in the food industry, in packaging machines, etc. The body is made of metal, and the precise workmanship ensures a good seal. The drive heads are interchangeable and can be mounted in one of four possible positions. They enable effective switching of independent (snap action) or dependently acting contacts. The switches have:
- safety sign certificate
- UDT type tests authorizing to use in control and signaling systems for cranes and cranes
- product type approval certificate authorizing for use on ships assigned by PRS.

PBM limit switches
Limit switches type PBM1 are intended for use in control, monitoring and measuring systems, eg in machine tools, technological equipment in the food industry, in packaging machines, etc.

PSBM limit switches
The PSBM type emergency stop limit switches are intended for use in control, monitoring and measurement systems. They can be mounted on hinged, sliding or removable machine covers, preventing them from being opened when the power is on. The design of the switches protects against uncontrolled switching of contacts with the use of simple tools. A precision metal body ensures a good seal. The drive heads can be mounted in one of four possible positions. They enable effective switching of independent (snap action) or dependent contacts.
Depending on the application, emergency stop switches are divided into two groups:
- with the key - opening the machine's cover will remove the key from the socket, cooperating with the switch and switch the contacts. A wide selection of different types of keys allows the use of connectors in any applications,
- wire rope used in machines and production runs when it is impossible to mount appropriate covers. They can be switched from any place through which the link runs. Switching off the devices will take place when the switch is activated by pulling the cable, as well as when it is broken.
certificates:
- safety sign certificate
- UDT type tests authorizing to use in control and signaling systems as well as cranes and cranes
- product type approval certificate authorizing for use on ships assigned by PRS.
PDM limit switches
Limit switches type PDM1 are intended for use in control, monitoring and measuring systems, eg in machine tools, technological equipment in the food industry, in packaging machines, etc. The body is made of metal, and the precise workmanship ensures a good seal. The drive heads are interchangeable and can be mounted in one of four possible positions. The following heads are an exception: F51, 52, 71, which can be used in one of two possible positions. They enable effective switching of independent (snap action) or dependently acting contacts.
The switches have:
- safety sign certificate
- UDT type tests authorizing to use in control and signaling systems for cranes and cranes
- product type approval certificate authorizing for use on ships assigned by PRS.

PEM1 limit switches
The PEM1 type limit switches are intended for use in control, monitoring and measuring systems, eg in machine tools, technological equipment, in the food industry, in packaging machines, etc. The body is made of metal, and the precise workmanship ensures a good seal. The heads enable effective switching of contacts operating independently (snap action) or dependently. The cable is permanently attached, which ensures permanent and very good tightness. The small dimensions of the connectors allow them to be attached wherever the space for installation space is limited.

PEM2 limit switches
The PEM2 type limit switches are intended for use in control, monitoring and measuring systems, eg in machine tools, technological equipment, in the food industry, in packaging machines, etc.

Limit switches D
D-type limit switches are intended for use in signaling and protection circuits. The limit switch is actuated by a driving device. The force applied to the pusher lever causes the switching of the movable contacts. After the driving force is gone, the moving contacts return to their starting position under the influence of the spring force. The switch housings are made of metal and plastic and are equipped with an earthing clamp. Compliance with standards: the circuit breakers are manufactured in accordance with the provisions of the IEC 60947-5-1 standard.
