The company "Mechanika Maszyn Kacperek" is a Polish family company that has specialized in the production of drives since 1988, including primarily MR worm gears (angular) and MRP screw actuators (lifts).
In addition to the Polish pedigree, our products distinguish the highest quality, accuracy, the ability to manufacture in very unusual versions, solid construction and reliability.
*In the years 1982-1989, automatic temperature control valves were produced in greenhouses, but after observing high market demand, production was changed to worm gears.
POLISH DRIVES ADAPTED TO CUSTOMER NEEDS
As a Polish manufacturer of gearmotors, Kacperek manufactures a series of MR worm gears that can be freely modified to suit the customers' requirements.
MR gearboxes can be produced in standard versions (with output shaft, side flange, reaction arm), but also in special versions for customer's order regardless of quantity.
=> version with a drive shaft used to seat a hand crank or a pulley;
=> version with double-sided drive shaft for serial connection of gears with parallel output holes;
=> clutch version for connecting the reducer with the engine by means of a torsionally flexible coupling, ensuring a soft start and compensation of misalignment;
=> version with exit holes of a special shape and metric or inch dimensions;
=> version with a left-hand auger for symmetrical cooperation with the version with a right-hand auger;
=> Viton seals at the input and output from the gearbox;
=> possibility of using synthetic oil, oils for specific operating conditions, including low temperatures, cooking oil;
=> gear parts made of materials on request, e.g. monolithic bronze worm wheel, steel worm wheel hub, stainless steel elements, etc. and other special versions upon customer's request.
Currently, our offer includes all products related to drive technology, including: gears, actuators, electric motors, inverters and industrial automation elements, variators, drive elements such as: clutches, shafts, wheels and toothed strips, chain and pulleys, other. We also produce spare parts for gears and special drive components on request.
For nearly 20 years, Kacperek has been a representative of the Italian gear manufacturer Hydromec. We have our own assembly plant for cylindrical gears, the assembly of which is carried out according to strictly controlled procedures.

Thanks to over 40 years of experience in the mechanical and electromechanical industry, we have developed a strong position on the Polish market. Using the acquired knowledge and customer suggestions, we constantly improve our products and expand our production offer with new devices. Our engineering staff provides assistance in solving technical and construction problems.
Our company has two branches: the first one - in Warsaw's Wola district, where the sales office and assembly plant are located, and the second one - in Łomianki near Warsaw, where the design office, production and warehouses are located.
We sell both retail and wholesale in Poland and abroad.
